Does anyone no if there is a site or something were you can pay your vacation slowly and when you finish paying it off you can go on it.

I did that with a Royal Caribbean Cruise, very easy and convenient.

Many banks around the country offer "Christmas Club" accounts which are essentially what you are talking about.  You make regular contributions to a special account over a specified period of time and at the end they pay you your principal plus earned interest in one lump sum.  One caveat though.  Most will probably charge you a penalty for early withdrawal.  Check with your bank.
