Please help, I really need to read this crazy handwriting, but don't know how.

Your manuscript was re-reviewed, and while generally acceptable, still requires major revision as follows:

(1) The ( ) section, particularly on the chemical synthesis, does not follow journal guidelines. If these are already published, procedures for the synthesis (specifically) of more compunds than this needs to be reformed. If not, the procedures must be written according to journal guidelines so that someone elsewhere can duplicate the work.

(II) You need to reference assay procedures (eg, vital forms reductions, direct binding ( ), etc.) unless you have completely developed these yourself. If they (the assays) have been modified, you need to reference the original procedure and indicate that this is a modification thereof.

(III) Figure 1: What are A, B, and C? Please specify.

(IV) Why are averionol and tristenonol described as proposed, and not definitive, structures? There is no designation of Figure 4A or 4B in the diagram. Please correct.

(V) Figure V. Please match up in the figure the actual number of ( ) and/or fragments thereof.

(VI) Results and Discussion. Please show structure of ( ) and number of ( ) compound 1. All these structures should be called consecutively in the figures and text.
