Is non-woven and non-fusible cotten interfacing the same thing?

please help, and include sources.

  2. No, they aren't the same thing.  

    Interfacing comes in non-fusible (also called sew-in) and fusible. Both are available in woven, knitted and non woven versions, and in a variety of weights, ranging from heavy to sheer weight.

    NOTE:  Pellon is a BRAND of interfacings.  Not all Pellon interfacings are non-woven, and other companies make non-woven interfacings.
