Can anyone help me with this sleeping issue?

I'm 15 years old. I don't think I'm stressed out about anything.

I really have trouble falling asleep at night. I lay in bed for what seems like hours! When I eventually get to fall asleep I wake up every 2 hours or so.

Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

Is there any solution?

  1. It sounds like Insomnia, try going to talk to your GP about it. Or use things like Nytol or other sleep aids.

  2. Go for a jog in the morning this will help at night also try reading at night this will make the mind sleepy. I think you might be not stressed but a bit worried about something.

  3. You might have Sleep Apnea, go to a doctor and get it checked out.  If not, and you smoke, don't smoke before bed and maybe try warm milk or something else relaxing before bedtime.

  4. maybe you have insomnia?  I have a problem with falling to sleep at night, and my doctor prescribed Melatonin, and it works pretty well. Ask your doctor about using it.

  5. ok i take Vitamin B-1 300 when i cant sleep at night. it works!!!

    gO.od luck!

  6. Try drinking milk before bed, trying waking up earlier than normal, and try to tire yourself out during the day. When you are in bed, you could either count sheep (basically image the sheep above you and count) or you can keep telling yourself and your body that you are tired and need sleep while you close your eyes. That is how i go to sleep.

  8. i recommend that you smoke some pot before you go to bed and take a shot of whiskey. that should help you sleep all through the night.

  9. You could have a sleeping disorder. Go to your doctor and ask them to refer you onto a respirologist which will be able to help you with this issue. I was about your age when I had problems with sleeping.  I would wake up every couple of hours or so, and feel like I was in a fog when I woke up.  I went to the doctor, and she wrote me up a referral for a sleep test.  I found that I had sleep apnea, which means that you wake up when your oxygen gets too low.  I hope that this helps.
