Can anyone help me with zoloft and anxiety?

i have really bad anxiety, and i take xanax and was put on zoloft i did well with the zoloft and so i got off of it. i gained so much weight on it, but now i am getting my anxiety back worse im always dizzy, lightheaded, anxious, think everythings wrong with me, shaky, heart palpatations. the worst right now is the dizziness! CAN ANYONE RELATE TO ME?? also im thinking i should get back on the zoloft just so i can feel fine about myself but i dont want to gain weight. is there a way to stop weight gain? anxiety is taking over my life!

Well what I do when under stress to feel less anxiety is use an Australian Bush Flower Essences Calm & Clear Essence but it it was really bad and almost a panic attack or at least my breathing was high I would use Australian Bush Flower Essences Emergency Essence and with those symptoms I would tend to start off with the Emergency Essence and see what symptoms are left after the worst ones are gone.  IF the mind is racing and anxiety then the Calm & Clear Essence would be the next to use.

    These are not drugs but will not interfere with them as you slowly have them adjusted as you will likely need them a lot less.

    But6 you should also read up on the ABFE in the book listed below.

    You can use the drops directly or better yet add 7 drops in a bottle of water, shake a few times and sip every few minutes till you start to feel better and slow down to once in a while during the day to maintain it.  You will need less and less over time.  Leave 20 minutes when switching from one combination to the other.

Why not get with someone to help you cope with your problem.  It is a state of mind and just need to be taught to control it.  Quit stressing.  You are you and are wonderful just ask those around you.  Just deal with what is in front of you at the time and let the rest go.  Just one thing at the time and set out your priorities.  do not stress just get to things as you can.  It takes practice but you can work to not stress over things.  To get mad or stressed is a choice.  Choose to not get mad and react.  Choose to calmly just do what needs to be done.  Takes practice and time to learn this.
