Can anyone help please need fast advise?

Ok I need a really quick answer my car payment is 3 weeks late and they send the recovery service to pick it up. I called the lender and told him that the payment will be there on friday he still sends the repossession guy over to my house. Now that guy was here last Friday and I did not get the car out of the garage for him and he can't put a foot in my garage he threatened me the next time he will come with the police and they will bribe my garage door open. I know that they can't do anything without a court order. So is it safe to keep my garage door closed till friday. I need some answers quick please

Legally they have a right to the car.  I believe they can take it off your property as long as they don't damage your property.  More than likely they'll bring the police with them and you'll be forced to open your garage and turn over the vehicle.  Or, they could wait patiently until you try and take the car somewhere and repossess it then, leaving you stranded.  You can try contacting the company and providing payment but if they don't want to deal with you and just want the vehicle they can do that.

Yes, your right, the repo people can' enter your garage to get the car.  If they try to force their way into the garage, then they are breaking the law and can be arrested and subject to civil suit.

If they show up without a court order and threaten you, call the police.

Wow, this sure makes a case for paying on time.  Perhaps this isn't the first time you've been late?
