  1. Go to your neighborhood elementary and talk to the vice principal. Explain your assignment. Possibly one of the staff or parent volunteers would be friendly and tell you  their opinions about their sen son or daughter.

  2. Ask them if they would mind talking to you ,then talk to them as you would any parent.

Bear in mind all parents like to talk about their children.

    Good luck.

  3. when you say ask them about their feelings, is this the parents feelings about the special need? I would say you wanted to know some more info about any particular habit the child has, or their hobbies etc. I would then lead onto ask how the parent felt that their childs needs affected them like do they work better as a family unit etc. Good luck x*x

  4. What is sen?

  5. sorry i dont know such people :/

    good luck though

  6. introduce yourself

then tell them you are doing some course work and you would be grateful for any help

tell them from the outset that you are nervous and they will try to put you at ease

  7. 1st introduce urself, talk them about your course, ask them their childs special needs, what extra care they need at home and school, how do they feel about having a child with s needs, do they feel like they have had lots of support from family, gp and school, are they happy with their childs education and where do they think they future lies

  8. Hi
