Can anyone help with algebra 2 !? PLEASE?

Question

the questions are fractions and i don't know how to type that out in this box so they can be found at the 2 links below. If you can even just explain to me what to do I would appreciate it. these are the only 2 questions I am having problems with.

First mutiply both sides by 5

5 (4x-2)/5 = 50 then

4x-2=50 then

4x=52 then

x=52/4 -------->>>>> x=13

number 2:

(-x/3) -5 = 2x Let's rearrange the terms by adding 5 to each side

-x/3 = 2x + 5

Multiply both sides by 3

3(-x/3) = 6x + 15

Balance:

-x = 6x + 15

6x +15 = -x

add an x to both sides:

7x + 15 = 0

7x = -15

x= 7/-15

(4x - 2) / 5 = 10

4x -2 = 5 x 10 (Multiply both sides by 5)

4x - 2 = 50

4x = 50 + 2 (Add 2 to both sides)

4x = 52

x = 13 (Divide both sides by 4)

(-x / 3)  = 2x + 5 (Add 5 to both sides)

(-x / 3) - 2x = 5 (Subtract 2x from both sides)

(-x - 6x) / 3 = 5 (Combine like terms)

-7x = 15 (Multiply both sides by 3)

x = -15/7 (Divide both sides by -7)

x = -2 1/7

Just follow the way I solved it.

4x - 2

4x - 2 = (10)(5)

4x - 2 = 50

4x = 50+2
