  1. first drink lots of fluid, particularly water. eat healthy and exercise. go running or even biking helps alot with dieting.

  2. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!   I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins.  Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things.  The toxins get stored in the fat in our body.  To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body.  This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked.  The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast.  If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website.  This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better.  Good luck whatever you decide to do!  http://diet4cleansing.com

  3. plan your meals out at specific times every day

you should eat 6 small meals per day

    heres my schedule:

    meal 1- 6:30 am

    meal 2- 9:00 am

    meal 3-11:30 am

    meal 4- 2:00 pm

    meal 5- 4:30 pm

    meal 6- 7:00 pm

you should never eat after 9:00pm it slows your metabolism WAAAYYYY down

also try to keep your calories down to  2000-2500 a day

  4. eat 3 sensible meals a day w/ healthy snacks in between...drink lots of water...it might take you a few days to get used to this, but you will and you won't be as hungry anymore

its best to have a healthy snack 1-3 hrs b4 a workout

  5. drink a glass of skim milk(yes, dont eat yet!) before you workout...rest about 15 minutes after exercising to cool down the body, then eat something...
