Can anyone help with my nokia n82 predictive texting?

i use predictive texting and sometimes have to spell words which then add the words to my dictionary but its now full and alot of the ones i use often like mates nicknames get deleted to make space which is very annoying, is there a way of getting up a list of your dictionary and cleaning it up by deleting words that are no longer needed and keeping the words you do want? I know i use to do it on my old sony k800i but i cant seem to find out how on my nokia n82, any help would be very very welcome, cheers
