  1. Greetings,

    slope of x + 2y = 3 is -1/2

    The line parallel to this and passing through (2,0) is

    y = (-1/2)(x - 2)

    y = -x/2 + 1

    The line perpendicular to this has slope 2

    y = 2(x - 2)

    y = 2x - 4

    the slope of the line is (-2 - 3)/(1 - 2) = 5, the perpendicular has slope -1/5

    y - 2 = (-1/5)(x + 3)

    y = -x/5 - 3/5 + 2

    y = -x/5 + 7/5

    Regards
