A short speech doesn't need to last long. So keep it short, to the point and don't waffle.

Start with the crazy things you'd do with the money.

Then Whether you'd give it to friends/family ect, would you buy them things ?

Then if you'd give some to charities, end it on a nice note =]

IF im a millionaire , i would do lots of things such as: buying myself a big house filled with luxury items . i would also donate a large amount to charity then with the rest i would make sure that everyone in this world have a large supply of chocs
