From the picture it is hard to tell if this doll is porcelain or vinyl....but it is definatley dressed as a "court jester". My guess would be to search ebay using court jester doll as a starting point. Hope this helps. It would help too, if you could list the maker of this doll, which is usually stamped on the back of the neck or the bottom or the butt (i know sounds weird-but its true) This could also be a re-dressed doll in which case it would be hard to tell without a makers name :(
