Can anyone interpret this Disturbing Dream?

Question

I had a dream that I was a hitman for a very disturbed young man. I was looking down a scope of a rifle into a window where i was to kill this guy's older male relative (father?). He wanted to be having a pleasent coversation with his father while he gave a cue and I pulled the trigger. He gave the cue while smiling I pulled the trigger but nothing happened. Three times the gun misfired. After that he casually pulled out a revolver, smiled and point blank shot his father in the head. He then bound up his father in rope into a very sexual position (still clothed) and showed me still smiling. I wanted to run away but I was afraid he would kill me. Once I got out of the building I ran away. While I was running away the ground turned into the feel of an egyptian carpet but was still sand and grass. This was one of the weirdest dreams I have had. Please help.

your every part of the dream, all your senses i mean... like color and from, place and persons, all vary according to you.. so in some subconscience,conscience, unconscience, and supra conscience level you are interpuating as one or all of the said above images.  Makeing an image for you to sense, basically order out of chaos. so what ever you experince in dreams are you and yours alone. Remember that all that is shown is about you. that is the frist stepping stone.

if its not then it just could be about .....DOOM...

I think this dream represents problems in your relationship with your father.  You love him, but have deep anger toward him.  You dream you are doing this for someone else, because you cannot face the fact that you, yourself, are having these strong feelings of anger toward your own father.

Perhaps you have tried to say or do things to hurt your Dad (not physically) but he didn't seem fazed by them.  Or maybe you have tried to bring up issues and discuss them but he's just not open for discussion.  This would be the "misfired shots".  It sounds as if you may making plans to do something that you know will make your father very angry, or break his heart, and it will come as a complete surprise to him because he has not picked up on your anger or unhappiness up to this point.

Meanwhile, you continue to have pleasant conversations with your father instead of dealing with the things that bother you so much.  You are afraid to bring these out because you don't know what will happen if you do.

Is there something sexual you are hiding from your father?  Perhaps gender identity issues?  Or has your father abused you in some way?  For the young man to tie his father in a sexual position must represent there are sexual problems of some kind provoking your anger or frustration toward your own father.

Perhaps part of you wants to run away and live away from your family, but another part thinks you can't survive without them.  

Perhaps it is negative memories or influences you are wanting to "kill".  Perhaps you want to be able to be free of his power or influence over you, his power to hurt you.  You want to "bind him" so that he can no longer hurt you?  

The ground starting to feel like an egyptian carpet, though it was still sand and grass may represent you feel your "path", your life, will be smoother once you can deal with these issues concerning your father.

Pray to God, your creator, and ask for wisdom in all things.  Ask Him to show you the root of the problem, and give you guidance on how to do what is truly best in this situation.  Ask Him to be your guide in all things.  He made you.  He knows you inside and out.  He cares for you and wants what is best for you.
