Unfortunately you did not mention for which course?  I take it that you are looking for Certificate/Diploma course.  In Melbourne, non-degree courses are offered in TAFE (government owned) or private colleges.

Salski already mentioned some (altho I can't really sure abt "The Best").  If you want complete list, I suggest you visit the online database listed below.  There you can find the institutions' website and you can compare prices (select state Victoria).

Most TAFE courses will be more expensive as they have better recognitions compared to private colleges.  I strongly suggest that if you are serious with your study, it is best to study at TAFE rather than private colleges.
