Can anyone let me know of a child car seat that cannot be opened by a two year old child?

my 2 year old keeps taking her arms out of the straps no matter how tight you strap her in. this also happens in other peoples seats I've put her in. i don't think they have yet invented a car seat that can restrain a 2 year old.

You can reverse the retainer clip so that it clips backwards.  this will slow the process of getting out.  Also make certain that the webbing cant be pinched.  This means that you have installed the harness tight enough and that should also help keeping the child in the seat.
