you vould wear dark jeans, a white tank top, and like a little pale colored cardigan. the colors don't stand out too much to pop your bag, without making you look like oatmeal

Well, its a small bag and I have a hard time seeing exactly what colors are on the dark blue but i believe they are yellow and pink. I think a gray or white shirt of any style you like would work well, and dark jeans or a skirt even. try to go lighter on top and darker on the bottom with that bag, just because i think it would look cute :) Oh and try finding a heavy-beaded mustard yellow necklace to go along with your outfit. It brings out the yellow hint. For shoes, I suggest flats.. unless you're on the shorter side maybe a low heel. Hope this helps you out !!
