Can anyone make me some dressy outfits?

hi :] i'm trying to switch my style from a&f/hollister to more of a dressy//preppy look (like forever 21, wet seal type stuff). i've come up with a few outfits but i'm kind of at a mindblock right now lol so if you could give me some ideas it would be great :] keep in mind that in my school we are not allowed to wear booty shorts/skirts or shirts with just leggings (there has to be a skirt worn with it), and um no strapless stuff without a jacket over it. thanks in advance. oh and i will choose best answer so it's an easy 10 points :]

with that last outfit i would suggest a white necklace and i dont know about that belt, so it is optional
