It's a picture of a saint, who's holding his own tongue (it's been cut out), with a boy who can't be more than 8. The description at The Art Institute in Chicago (where it currently is) says that the elder saint inspired the boy (who because a saint later, I guess) to martyrdom. If you're familiar with the Art Institute, it's right next to The Assumption Of The Virgin by El Greco.
I really liked it (it was gross, but really well done) and for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. It think it was something like "Saint ______ and Saint ______", if that's any help
