I am an artist providing oppurtunities to my fellow artists, we specialize in hand painted garments and fabrics.Can anyone tell me about a company or individual who would be interested in handpainted garments or fabrics or reproductions of paintings.

Exhibit you work appropriately at shows and exhibitions, you may find regular business and consumers.

Try display-and-sale at appropriate showrooms/malls for prospective business.

Try employing marketing personnel/agents for dedicated marketing efforts.
