They give a test on how you will act. Tell them what they want to hear, not what you would do. Answer with safety in mind and working as a team.

Also may give math and reading test.

I am guessing you mean some sort of general aptitude test as part of the hiring process?? It would probably be on a level similar to High School general knowledge tests. Not sure how you would study for one of those, your public library would have some sources. As for the interview process, the other answer right was right, think safety and how you could contribute to the efficiency of the company. Confidence helps.
