  1. 1.C

    2.A

    3.A

  2. C - Single Displacement

Double displacement is different - in those reactions single displacement occurs twice so it becomes double displacement

    A) Reactants

    A) Enzyme

  3. c.

    a.

    b.

im sure abt d first 2

    P.S abt d inhibitor

An inhibitor can reduce the effectiveness of a catalyst in a catalysed reaction (either a non-biological catalyst or an enzyme). E.g., if a compound, which similar to (one of) the reactants, but which cannot undergo a reaction that the catalyst can facilitate, enters the active site of a catalyst, the catalyst cannot perform its job. When the inhibitor releases, the catalyst is again available for reaction.

Enzymes are biomolecules that catalyze (i.e. increase the rates of) chemical reactions.

im nt so sure abt d 3rd, seeing d other answers, so i pasted this. hope its right

  4. The first two are c and a

The last one I'm not sure on, a catalyst and an enzyme both lower activation energy, both remain unchanged in the overall reaction.  The difference between them is that a catalyst is simpler in structure than an enzyme, enzymes are biological structures, but they are still chemical substances.  I'd put A, but a and c should both be correct, I'm just guessing since your teacher screwed up that A is the more obvious answer for someone who doesn't know basic chemistry.

B is not correct, an inhibitor increases the activation energy, usually while stifling the catalyst.

  5. Kevin, I agree with the first answer.  Good luck!

  6. I'd say

    1. c

    2. d

    3. a.

    80% sure in each question

    I hope you do well

I am very much stunned because you wrote all of that just so you could know three multiple choice answers!

    :D

Next time, you should do your assignments or homeworks on your own.

I'm sure you're smart enough to do so!

    :D
