Can anyone photoshop my photo ?

Question

I want it in black and white but i want my top a bright colour eg luminous pink or purple !!

If you can let me know and i will post a pic !! thanks

you can try a few programs or online tools,

open image, select area, invert selection, desaturate color, then invert to item selected, and adjust hue / saturation,

or open image , duplicate layer, desaturate,to b&w, erase area, or add color to selection, and adjust layer transparency and mode overlay,

The site you posted your photos on uses flash...so I wasn't able to download the images in jpg format...had to take a screen capture of the photo with the colored box around your face, then clone out the box before I could even work on the photo. For future reference it's better if you post a link to a jpg on a site like tinypic or photobucket or flickr.

Anyway...I hope I was able to get the images close to what you wanted! :-)
