Can anyone please advise where and how I can get a Certificate of no Impediment?

Also, how long would this take? FYI: I am a Czech national currently in the UK.Thank you.

  2. Certificates of No Impediment or Nulla Ostas

    If you are planning on marrying overseas, you may be required to provide the local authorities with a certificate of no impediment (CNI) as evidence that you are free and single to marry. Before applying for this, please contact the Embassy of the country concerned to check the documentary requirements. Usually this can be obtained from your local registry office . You should check with the local authorities

  3. You'll need to speak to a solicitor - it is a certificate to prove that you aren't married before your wedding.
