In 2010, an astounding substance named Vitamin Q, is discovered with the ability to slow down the human aging process by stimulating the liver's anti-aging enzymes. Only one species in the world can produce it: the Quaniferous quanzi,native to the south american rainforest. Only a few of these creatures still exists, and they produce 1ml of vitamin Q per month. Some enterprising scientists, who have a patent on the creature, decide to market the gene it contains for producing vitamin Q. You have been offered a position as their head of sales. Your job is to train all the salespeople to explain how this could be used and convince people to buy it. Describe the sales pitch you would use, explaining exactly how these genes could be used. Be as specific as possible.

This is a poorly worded question... but I think it is asking to explain protein synthesis. Look up protein synthesis in your textbook (there should be transciption, translation, mRNA, tRNA, etc.) and use that process as your answer. I don't know how detailed your class goes into this, so look at the textbook for answers. It's a bad question, though, no wonder you're confused. Good luck!
