In late June, I attended the San Diego Fair. At the fair, I purchased a product from Q.P.S. Smooth Legs. They told me that they ran out of the product and that the product would be mailed to me. I paid cash for it and to date (over three weeks now), I have yet to receive the product. I tried calling the number that they provided, but no one answers and there isn't an answering machine either. Is there anyone who can please help me get in touch with them so that I can get the product that I paid for?
