How do people get dotted border around there picture because i need a white dotted line in this picture can some one pleaseee help me??

In Microsoft word or Excel program, click on drawing icon. A tool bar will appear at the bottom. Click on a box, draw a square box by pressing the left btton mouse and release it.

Go to lines make it 6 point the thick ones, you could change latter the color to white by clicking the line color icon to white.

um.. if its already on photobucket u can edit it from there...

just go to edit image
