Can anyone please help me to tune an old Sony Trinitron TV?

TV model is KV-G21S2. Remote control model is RM-869. Hoping for any ideas!

  1. press select button 4 times on remote and press + or -

    note.

            + is used to tune forward channels

            - is used to tune backward channels
