  1. go to your doctor as if pelvic floor doesn't work you can have a band fitted to tighten it up

  2. http://uk.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind... Hun, i know how hard this is for you but read this because i answered another lady just like you, she found my answer very helpful and i hope you do to, good luck, you will get there in the end.

  3. You need to see a gynecologist.

  4. i think u need to go and see ur gp this is a very common problen even for women that havn't had babies! u may need a operation to tighten ur muscles up there especially if u r unable to hold urine, u got enough to worry about with a new bubba so get urself checked out and see if they recommend anything else other than surgery or pelvi exercises, its horrible to think about but will be really worth it in the end when u can have ur life back

  5. Giving birth can cause incontinence, ( cant hold or stop urine) It also stretches your vaginal walls, and they don't go back to pre-birth tightness. Its unfortunate, but its one of the ways we women pay to have children.. Keggels will only help tighten and gain more control but it wont fix the issue. Talk to your Dr. Tell them you have no feeling because its to loose, Tell them you cannot control urine too.. Its important, AND they can help you with a few stitches. Especially when its medical and not vanity. Don't wait, you can get something done about it.
