Can anyone please let me know the step by step procedure to be an airline pilot??

  1. you need something like 10,000 hours of flight time, to do this you need to goto your nearest small local airstrip. These small airstrips usually give lessons. The lessons are about 150-300$ dollars per hour. You learn in a Cessna style plane. It's not easy to become a commercial pilot.

  3. apply to flight school. there are lots lof qualifications tho...

  4. Take flight lessons then apply to the airlines.  It is not a do it yourself kind of profession, you have hundreds of lives in your hands.

  5. first you need the student pilot license then you need a number of hours on a cessna (the no. of hours depends on ur country).....and then u get ur commercial pilot license.........and after 2000 hours of flying or so u can write the ATPL....
