Can anyone please tell me a website or know what can be mailed to russia and what cannot be.?

i have friends who live in moscow and luga and want to send a parcel to them.i have some coins,necklace,harmonica,lotion,body wash.just simple things.and some music cd's.i'm from the south and wanted to send a small piece of cotton that was grown here.i don't think i can send that but i would like to know before i mail it.

Keep in mind that all shipments must be accompanied by a Customs Declaration, and there may be an import duty on shipment above a certain value (usually $100). Still you should keep the declared values realistic to minimize potential hassles for your friends.
