Can anyone please tell me from where to get good food but no indian dishes as some clients are coming from US?

they will be here for 4 days so what to order it will be only lunch we cannot go out n have as we dont have time due to bzzz shedule,please suggest where we can place order for good food.

so are you in Inda then?  as someone from the US, i would love to have authentic Indan food at least once during my visit.

as for specifics, you would have to tell us exactly where you are going to be to give you any chance of a proper answer where you can get food from.

i am in US and not in India, so i can help you with what kind of cuisines your US delegates would like most

- salad with lettuce/spinach, ranch dressing and croutons (bread )

- mexican food (fajita burrito)

- american/italian food (pizza, burgers, pasta)

Americans generally like Indian food too, just make sure to order it with little spices.

I am originally from Mumbai, so in Mumbai I would order from Tunga Internaional (Andheri) or Shiv Sagar (Vile Parle)..

I would agree that the way you asked this makes it difficult to answer. But, I will give it a whirl:

Call around to different restaurants, many will cater. You could do a taco bar like mentioned above from QDoba, or an array of appetizers from TGIFridays. Your local deli may be able to put together some sandwich trays... do you catch my drift... your options are endless, you will just have to do a little calling around to see who can fit your needs that is local!
