Can anyone please tell me the meaning of cosmetic blemisheconsistent?

i wanna buy this used tv from ebay. It says in the description that " These items may have cosmetic blemisheconsistent "what does that mean???

it maens cometic blemish  or "scraches" consistent with age of set in other words beat up but not any m,ore than you would expect

Cosmetic damage = scratches, dings etc... Meaning the TV is likely working fine, just a little beat up.

It looks like a typographical error.  They were probably trying to say "These items may have cosmetic blemishes" meaning scratches, small dents. etc.  The "consistent" word is probably part of another sentence.
