Can anyone please tell me the rules for playing the board game 'RISK' ?

I have the game, but am missing the instuction sheets XD I know how the basics, but these 'Command Room' and 'World Conquest' versions of play intriegue me. Besides having to take over the world, are there any other goals in the 'World Conquest' version? And what's this 'Command Room' version about? How do you play that?
