payment to. it has been like a week already. i have send her like 5 messages and that person wont answer.

Contact EBAY and let them know the problem.

Just keep the money set aside for a while longer. Then contact Ebay and tell them your situation.

Contact eBay and see if they have suggestions (I'm assuming you won an auction.) Otherwise move on and get your item elsewhere. I would try to clear it up with eBay though so she doesn't try to enforce the contract later after you've gotten the item from someone else.

In this case, you need to contact Ebay.

Go to "pay". Then pay through pay pal and it will automaticly send it to her account.
