Can anyone point me in the right direction to finding a casino job with a cruise line?

I have found a couple of places myself that I have submitted applications however I have hit far more dead ends as far as shipboard casinos on major cruise lines. I could really use some help. PLEASE!

Apart for looking at the cruise line web site job vacancies I am afraid there is not much else you can do.
