Can anyone provide a list of charity organizations in Singapore that will take donations of baby/kids items?

I need to find charity organizations (ONLY IN SINGPOARE PLEASE) that can come and pick up donated items such as high chairs, clothing, bottles, strollers, carseats, etc. This will be following a garage sale and the unsold items will be given to charities. We would definitely need organizations that can arrange pickup on a weekend.
