Er...Middlesex doesn't actually exist anymore. It was merged into the London Boroughs. London consists of 29 "borough" or areas each with their own elected councils.Hounslow and Hillingdon took over what used to be Middlesex. However there is still a Middlesex County Cricket Club - MCC! I live in Hounslow.
