Every car radio by Ford has a different radio code, and only a Ford dealer can give you this info. In saying that, try the last 4 numbers of the radio serial number.

The code is in your manual!

I had the exact same problem....

Go into the case that the manual is in and at the front of it there is a plastic organiser section, have a look through that and you should find a little card (about the size of a business card) with a 4 - digit code on it.

If its not there, have a look right through the manual and on the inside cover of the actual book. If all else fails - contacts Ford, and they replace it.
