Now Its not fully know by outsiders,  As to why that space ship crashed... But it did crash on a farm in Roswell, Now when it was first reported by the news media they claimed that a alien space craft have crashed and aliens bodies were recovered, and there was no present or immediate danger.... Then as soon as the United States military Got involved the stories started changing... Even the News media Changed its story due to Government pressure.... Then it changed from a space craft to a weather balloon with a dummy on board..... And even though they had ordered 4  child size coffins and preformed several operations Our Government still denied that entire situation ever took place... But the people that had found pieces of the alien space craft were give death threats if they ever reveal the true fact as to what really happen and did not turn in the things that they found.............Need-less to say The U.S. Military Cleaned up that area with a fine tooth comb.... And Our Government has continue to deny that that incident has ever taken place... In spite of many death bed confessions to the contrary, By military people that were involved with this Roswell incident...............

Nobody's quite sure exactly what happened, but here are several possibilites:

1. Military aircraft testing. This seems likely because it is in every aspect readily possible to believe, and the military has a proven history of developing new, sleeker, more advance flying machines, 'alien' in appearance compared to the older ones. The one downside to this idea, though very small, is that the military usually conducts tests in highly secluded areas, such as deserts.

2. An actual attempted alien contact. This is highly considered a hoax seeing as people have decided that aliens don't exist - However, there are millions if not billions of rocks in space, each one possibly capable of supporting life - The odds state that we are not alone.

3. Mass hallucination. This is the craziest idea of the three, but to be thorough, I wish to present all possible options, since reality is what we make of it. Perhaps if conditions were right, with weather, climate, and similar aspects, people might have been subject to subliminal messages.

i dont know as far as the little green men they said they found seems to me if they would have found something as wild as that why keep it such a secret for so long i know back in the early 90s me and some of my friends saw like 8 ufos flying very low come to find out they were stealth bombers that they were testing but we had never seen or heard of a stealth bomber at that time i think thats what happens around roswell alot people see things flying around they have never seen before and its probably just our military testing new things
