Deoxys Delta species wouldn't be my first choice also it is extremely good to keep a deck of 3 basic 2 evolution 1 2nd stage it seems to geet it a lot a highly raises the chances. I would also change your rainbow energy. to subtract 10 health for a kind of energy that you have in your deck i personally don't like but if you must i would put a multi energy instead. I would also take your pickachus out so you can put more basic and evolutions in for your other pokemon. what is awesome is i also have a thunder fire deck which kicks major butt.

BTW: i've seen rayquaza and he is beyond good.
