I presume you have rainbow neos so i'd give this deck a 7/10

but with changes itll be 9/10.I like the idea of puttin in marauding.

i wouldn't have neos unless you have a really good  strategy  using him, also missing a crystal beast, replace neos with rainbow dragon if you got it
