I think if you're creating a "Armed Samurai - Ben Kei" based Deck, Try to put around 2 "Shooting Star bow - Ceal" So that Samurai Ben Kei can Attack Directly with high attacks...

But the Deck?

It's pretty tough though, so I'll give it an 8...
