Well, if you're talking about reading as a party game, then yes, anyone with an imagination and sense of humour can do it.

However, if you are talking about genuinely divining knowledge from the random arrangement of the cards, then no. These are cardboard and ink and do not magically arrange themselves according to future events. If divination is possible, it must require psychic powers with the cards providing a focus for the reader.

For myself, I prefer to use the cards for card games!
