Try going to the Tourist information website at www.comunitatvalencia.com they have hotals etc on there. I only know our local b&b in Lliria Valencia.

Last august i spent 60 euro (40 pounds) for a twin room in a 4 stars hotel.

If this is cheap enough the name is Silken Puerta Valencia and i booked it through venere.com
