Can anyone reccomend a video transfer module for my MAC?

Question

Here's what I need:

1. Under $400

2. Prefer dubbing between mini DV and VHS

3. Needs to be able to transfer into Final Cut (I have studio 2)

4. Prefer S-VHS but not neccesary

Should be able to do all except the "dubbing between mini DV and VHS" but it can take the VHS into your Mac over firewire.

The miniDV can get into your Mac straight from the miniDV camcorder with a firewire cable.
