Can anyone reccommend cheap hotel on Hamilton Island for 26-28 may in Australia?

Hamilton not cheap? Oh, I aready booked the flights form Sydney. Might sleep on beach

Nothing is cheap on Hamilton Island,  sleeping on the beach is out of the question as it's for paying visitors only. It would be cheaper to stay on the mainland.
