Can anyone recommend a 3 day trip from toronto to quebec canada

I'll be spending time in toronto and niagra falls. I'm interested in ottowa, montreal, and quebec

montreal is awesome, especially old montreal. lots of shopping and great places to eat!

It's about six hours by train from Toronto to Montreal and about the same to Ottawa. Quebec is about three hours past Montreal. You can also fly with Westjet.;
