Can anyone recommend a GOOD eco-friendly fabric conditioner?

I've tried Ecover but it doesn't really work, and I tried Bio-D which worked well but left the clothes smelling weird!

  1. If you just want a fabric softener, this is weird, but I swear it works-we do this sometimes when we run out of dryer sheets:

      Get a couple of tennis balls and spray a little perfume on them, then toss them in the dryer. They'll fluff up the fabric and reduce static without adding any extra c**p.You can reuse them, too.


  2. Sorry, but most "eco-friendly" products are scams.

    Get yourself some "Tide".

    The dryer sheets are actually recyclable with your paper recycling after they're used!

  4. Try using a little bit of white vinegar in place of fabric conditioner.
