Can anyone recommend a Public Liability Insurer in Australia?

Question

I am looking to get myself insured with some Public Liability, I am a singer/entertainer performing in pubs, clubs and at private functions.

I seem to be having some trouble with underwriters because I occasionally allow audience participation (i.e one/two people up to sing a song!). Can anyone please point me in the right direction with a good, reasonably priced insurer?

I am in Qld if it makes a difference?!?!?!

approach a large insurance broker and advise your dilemma - if this cover is offered by an insurer, then they should be able to find it - otherwise, they may be able to get an insurer to agree to the condition that audience participation is allowed.

there is a heap of insurance brokers in australia - some of the bigger ones are marsh, aon and jlta.
